Women’s Ski Adventures is a world-renowned program offering women a chance to ski in a fun, safe, laid back and encouraging setting with other female skiers while taking their skiing abilities to the next level. Kim tailors each group, intentionally keeping them small, and organizes them by ability level so each group gets personalized attention. Private photo/video feedback is provided by hand picked guides who are best-matched for the group. The encouraging learning environment creates a trusted and fun experience where skiers enjoy themselves. The improvement of skills, motivation and support throughout the week builds confidence in women on and off the hill.

THE TINY SKI TOWN TUCKED AWAY AMONG THE GIANTS

Located in the San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado, Telluride is tucked among the highest concentration of 13,000 and 14,000-foot peaks in North America. Victorian architecture and colorful storefronts distinguish Telluride's Main Street, while European alpine elegance surrounds the Mountain Village core. The ski resort offers unmatched scenic beauty, next to no lift lines, and incredible terrain consisting of 147 trails and over 2,000 acres with some of the most diverse terrain in Colorado. 

ACCOMODATIONS

The New Sheridan Hotel in Telluride is the premiere destination resort in Colorado.  Built in 1891, the New Sheridan Hotel has served as Telluride's social center for over 125 years.  Located on Colorado Avenue, the hotel’s location in the heart of downtown Telluride provides an ideal base for visitors.  The hotel’s 26 guest rooms are individually decorated and designed to capture the historic charm of Telluride in an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. Equipment

Women’s Ski Adventures address individual equipment needs, including boot, skis, helmets, goggles and all accessories. Having equipment dialed is a big part the learning process as well as a confidence booster. If you are interested in buying equipment, Kim’s staff will help you, ensuring your buying decision is the right one. Video review during our private après ski is extremely helpful in learning about equipment, as skiers will also learn how the right equipment makes skiing easier and more fun.

ABILITY LEVELS

The Telluride Women’s Ski Adventure is for intermediate to expert skiers. You must be comfortable on all blue runs to attend this clinic. If you are looking to improve your technique, confidence and ability level you will accomplish these goals and more at this Telluride clinic. If you are just looking for fun people to ski and share time with this too is the appropriate trip for you. If you are a beginner and would like to join us, we will arrange a private instructor for you. You will be included in all activities and benefits of the clinic. Please contact us for details.

Telluride is 65 miles south of Montrose, Colorado (MTJ) with daily non-stops from Dallas, Phoenix, Houston, Chicago, New York and California. For additional flight options and fares search for flights into Telluride Regional Airport (TEX), Grand Junction (GJT) and Durango-LaPlata (DRO).
